Below are some of my duties & responsibilities. Day to day running of Despatch warehouse ensuring all goods are final inspected and stored safely prior to despatch. Ensuring delivery dates are met by scheduling deliveries to our customers either via our vehicle or carrier ( domestic and international).Our stock levels are maintained by working closely with the plastics production manager to balance both stock and customer requirements. We are currently at around 97% efficiency on our delivery dates.I’m responsible for the department packing and inspecting drosophila vials for use in medical research.Also liaising with our customer for the continued supply and storage of these vials.Entering stocks / stock checks and producing delivery paperwork using Sage. Producing despatch labels and manifests for carriers. I pick and pack monthly call-off orders and ensure stock levels are maintained to satisfy these customer requirements. Regina Industries manufacture a wide range of glass test tubes and plastic mouldings ( everything from sprinkler inserts , automotive parts, natches etc for mould making, drosophilia vials and much more ). We are also B.S.I. accredited ISO 9001.
