Managed Security and Fire/Life safety system at the Citibank branches in Brooklyn, Manhattan South (below 42nd Street) and Staten Island. Area of coverage encompasses approx. 65 branches.Respond to bank robberies, break-ins and fires at the area branches. Prepare and submit appropriate reports to senior management. Liaison with local law enforcement at bank robbery scene and provide them with video clips of bank robbery burned on a cd.Provide and maintain security guards at the branches due to customer threats, break-ins, bank robberies, homeless issues and vandalism.Investigate customer frauds, complaints, and threats. Submit reports to management & CSIS Investigations Unit. Make appropriate security recommendations/improvements if necessary.Received calls 24 hrs from CSIS Global Command Center in Tampa, Florida regarding bank alarms, break-ins, vandalism, door popper issues, ATM machines not working and fire alarm system activation. Immediate response is required in the case of a bank break-in/fires otherwise Referral/guidance is provided to CSIS GCC to correct the problem.Conduct Risk Assessment at the Citibank branches located in Brooklyn, Manhattan South (below 42nd Street) and Staten Island. Submit proposal from Securitas ES for security system upgrade if necessary to branch management for approval.Provide security support & recommendations to Citibank branch management relating to safety & security issues. Manage the console staff at our regional command center in Rutherford, NJ.

Work closely with CRS project manager & GC to ensure security & CCTV system are properly installed. Create security work plan for GC & project mgmt to follow.On call 24/7 regarding alarms at the branches.
