I cannot share the client name, as this assignment was bound by a non-disclosure agreement.I was recruited to work with both business and technology teams to understand the potential impact and options that Brexit would have on the business. The business is heavily involved in moving goods throughout the EU. I formed a team to devise a series of options, which was put forward for consideration to the Brexit SLT within the organisation.

The work I undertook on this assignment is subject to a non-disclosure agreement, as it revolved around the re-structuring of the technology within the business following an acquisition by my client of another company within the same sector. I was therefore briefed to undertake the management of a very discrete review of the technology in both organisations to define an operating model for the IT function within the merged businesses. Following my review, I provided my stakeholders with a recommendations paper, which they’re now reviewing.
