I managed a portfolio of technology programmes with overall leadership of 100+ staff across 5 locations. Alongside management of the programme financials, I was responsible for the Bank’s CRM platform and strategic reporting and analytics platform which is critical to the day-to-day operation of 5,000+ sales and research professionals. I led the design of a 3-year technical roadmap, that featured a significant overhaul of our existing architecture, to position our platform to take advantage of emerging analytical trends and marketing techniques that aligned with business strategy.

Programme Manager responsible for the Investment Bank's Equities CRM system. I managed a US $10m+ change transformation across three major project streams, which included a project to decommission satellite CRM systems and converge onto one IB platform.I reshaped the development teams and established a modified release process to ensure on-going user engagement through fortnightly incremental releases. This proved key to securing on-going funding during a time where the major project streams had longer-term strategic deliverables.

Business analyst responsible for redefining the Research distribution process. Following a series of stakeholder workshops, user interviews and feedback, I created and presented a long-term vision with high-level requirements and a series of options for phased delivery / investment profiles to the CTO and stakeholders.

Project managed from inception the successful delivery of a strategic data warehouse platform to deliver insight on our clients. Capturing a large number of data sources from within and outside of UBS to support the analytical client relationship management functions of the Equities front-office business areas. The success of the project was widely recognised after surfacing modelled client interests from the DWH into an operational CRM environment for Sales and Research.
