About Phil Mcauliffe

As a loneliness thought leader who's called to draw on my lived experience of loneliness, I start and lead conversations that de-stigmatise loneliness and help humans get the authentic connection they need. I believe that if we're to find connection, we need to own our loneliness. If we're to own our loneliness, we must de-stigmatise loneliness means that we need to say the word as often as possible and have kind and honest conversations about it. My lived experience and subsequent work shows that not talking openly, kindly and honestly about loneliness comes at a terrible cost to individuals, workplaces and communities.I'm here to challenge and change that. Through HUMANS:Connecting, I'm here to support your business, your audience and YOU to learn from loneliness and feel the connection we all need. Reach out if you're curious and want to know more.
