Leading on the Donmar's work for schools, community and talent development, and contributing to the programming of the main-stage programme. The role of Associate Director (Participation) was created with the incoming Artistic Director, Tim Sheader, bringing Participation and Talent into a new formed artistic team. Some highlights from my role at the Donmar include:-Donmar LOCAL: our flagship programme for schools and community engagement in Camden and Westminster, creating sector-leading work for young people, and building pathways for future audiences, artists, and workforce-CATALYST: our flagship talent development programme supporting those historically underrepresented in theatre access paid training opportunities, working as assistants on Donmar productions, mentored by industry-leading creatives-Artistic Programming: Working as part of the Artistic Team to curate the programme for the mainstage and all Donmar LOCAL work. The role includes reading scripts, attending workshops and R&Ds, and connecting with creatives.

'Freakshow' is a new piece of music-theatre from Noisemaker productions, commissioned by the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Working alongside the writer and composer, we have developed a new two act version of the piece for the fringe. With a cast made of up 13 MA Musical Theatre Students, and a band of 5, we are challenging the form of the platform new musical that is presented annually by the RCS.

Working with director Graham McLaren on his remount of this classic piece, I supported the cast and creative team in rehearsals, and then supported the management of the company, and smooth running of the show, once we were officially open. As part of my role I looked after all understudy calls and supported with cast changes.

Assisting Simon Evans on Anthony Weigh's new version of Vercors' novella 'Le Silence de la Mer'. This new work was presented as part of the Donmar Trafalgar season.

Co-directing alongside Simon Sharkey, we delivered a project which engaged over one thousand young men across Scotland. We created two companies of twenty males and devised two new works, one performed in Fife, and one in Glasgow.

Touring Scotland and then being in residence in Edinburgh for the month of the Fringe, I worked alongside director Vicky Featherstone and the creative team in the development and staging of this new comedy-musical.

Assisting and supporting director Graham McLaren in the rehearsal room, and then looking after the show and the education and outreach programme that came with the show. The tour covered number one venues in Scotland.

Assisting Vicky Featherstone, then Artistic Director of National Theatre of Scotland, on Zinnie Harris' new play 'The Wheel'. This play premiered in the Traverse Theatre, Edinburgh.
