Plant is a UAW union plant in Burlington, IA Responsible for three production lines that produce truck loading backhoes, bulldozers and combine headers Drive the manufacturing operations team in the delivery of products that meet or exceed customer expectations, quality standards, safety targets and delivery. Have 4 salary direct reports (Mfg Engineering Manager, Header Business Unit Manager, TLB/Dozer Business Unit Manager and Fabrication/Weld/Maintenance Business Unit Manager. Lead the daily production meeting to review Key KPI’s for the plant that includes safety, daily production targets, hours (EHR), quality, logistics/purchasing, and continuous improvement efforts A member of the Plant Managers Executive staff Participate in strategic planning and forecasting

 Lead a 120 person, $30MM+ PCH manufacturing business, comprised of two manufacturing sites, one Union and one Non-Union, in South Bend, IN’ Full P&L responsibility, responsible for all aspects of the business including: margin, revenue, manufacturing, quality, service and safety of the sites. Drive cross-functional team (Safety, estimating, sales, quality, engineering, purchasing, manufacturing) in the delivery of products that meet or exceed customer expectations Develop tools to help aid the business and plant to track and improve business KPI’s Review KPI’s weekly to ensure operations are in line with business goals Review financial performance weekly – adjust operations as needed to meet financial and business targets Participate in strategy planning for long term growth as well as tactical planning for driving day to day operations
