Overseeing the operations and business development of 3 locations of Moorehead Family Dentistry, I aim to equip the business for success through financial, marketing and staffing development. The role includes overseeing IT, business development through internal and external growth opportunities and removing barriers to daily and long term success. I also manage an 8 suite commercial property that we own at one of our locations, negotiating leases and improving the building. The goal is to see the Owner/CEOs success in the big vision and follow through on initiatives for the business.

As general manager, I oversee all of the operations of Moorehead Family Dentistry’s two current locations and future business growth opportunities. My primary areas of focus include: Business Growth/Expansion, Process Optimization and Efficiency, Staff Team Leadership, Financials, Training, IT, and Marketing. I work side-by-side with the dentist/owner in helping to craft the business goals and creating the plan to successfully accomplish those goals. The role is ever evolving as needs, challenges, and opportunities in the business present themselves. My areas of management ultimately include all of the non-clinical aspects of the dental practice. Moorehead Family Dentistry strives to provide comfortable and professional dental care in the greater Cincinnati area. We focus on treating patients the way that we would like to be treated and utilize modern technology to provide a high level of comfort and excellence in the care that we provide.

Loveland, Ohio

Collideascope studios is a media production and corporate communications company based out of Cincinnati, Ohio. We specialize in video, live event production, and digital media (including websites, email campaigns, social media). My position as producer includes work as video producer/editor, live event director, and webmaster over our client's websites. I work as account lead to dozens of clients, managing the creative process from vision casting through project execution and delivery. The company continues to experience tremendous growth in the marketplace.

Digital media is the primary focus of my position. I am the webmaster of our new mcc.us website, having overseen it's creation with the tremendous help from the rest of the communications team. I also produce and edit videos used in our weekend services and for special promotions in the church. The job is really a utility position in the communications department, giving me experience in Joomla (CMS), Final Cut Pro, Motion, and Photoshop.

I traveled to various countries around the world to set up recording studios. There we would record and often edit the script of the JESUS Film spoken in the local language. Once back at headquarters, I would lip sync the recorded audio to the film and master the final product in the post production studios.
