Latest project, full Refit of 40m, internal and machinery upgrades plus full re-paint.Employed by TY to oversee their new builds from the factory in Italy, vessels were 30 to 43m generally 3 in build at any one time, responsible for ensuring quality was to TY standards whilst keeping within time constraints, due to our continued improvements TY sold 75% of the vessels built in a 6 year period.Involved with Owners and Captains from start of Contract until delivery and handover also assisting with warranty works after delivery on sold boats. Other tasks were, assisting with showing of vessels at the major shows, Monaco, Cannes and Miami mainly.Worked as liaison with the yards and customers to improve the customer experience. As a secondary role I managed the Owners personal yachts, this involved staff employment and the vessels accounts.Currently acting as Senior Broker, as the company starts to rebuild, recent sales include 2 30m New Builds

Med And Us

Built and ran five 30m Italian built motor yachts, used both sides of the Atlantic and managed all Annual Refits, both in Spain and the US, the vessels were used as show boats for Top Yachts and the shipyard, they were exhibited in all the major Boat Shows and kept in showroom condition. I was responsible for all accounts, budgets and staff employment.

Hythe, Southampton

Employed by SR as Manager of the new yard here, setting up the operational side, H&S and staff management.Other duties to include Boatshow organisation and PR work.Role includes Project Management, along with customer liaison for upcoming projects. I have just finished a major project on a 40m Composite Yacht, which required some interesting control between ship builder and shipyard, with some Owner influence too.Solent Refit is a large Super Yacht facility on the Solent. Current projects are 57m Lady KII and 39m Moon Maiden II.

Porto Colom, Mallorca

Boatcare was a "full service facility" for yachts in Mallorca, the company looked after around 20 yachts between 20-80 ft, these included Princess, Sunseeker and Ferretti and a selection of Sailing Yachts.Whilst we were only a small company we offered all Electronic and Mechanical services. We were also appointed by "Blakes Paints" as a Osmosis Repair center for the Balearics.
