In my professional career I have over 10 years of international management experience. I am comfortable working with and leading diverse teams. As director of TerraClear Production, a small manufacturing company in S.E. Asia, I led the management team to pursue the mission and vision of the company and ensured that the company's values were front and center in the minds and targets of every employee. We used SMART Goals to motivate and direct employees and KPIs to monitor progress as the company doubled its net revenue and grew profit by 70% during my tenure. Now, I serve as a business advisor and on the board of directors for TerraClear. I am particularly proud of the social programs that provide drinking water for school children and subsidized water filters for poor families. Through our carbon verification and reduction program, we are also on target to reduce over half a million tons of Carbon by 2030 through users switching from boiling drinking water to water filter usage.Originally from the United States, I am at home in Ravensburg, Germany with my wife and children. I’ve worked in Germany, the United States, and in S.E. Asia. As such I have had daily practice living and working in cross-cultural settings and feel comfortable switching between different languages and cultures while showing respect and agility.I am currently studying for my MBA with a concentration in Sustainability at Ravensburg-Weingarten University. I care deeply about the environment and making the world a better, safe, and just place for everyone.
