He has over 22 years experience in an IT/Business environment, He has led various critical change programmes, working effectively at board level ensuring that major global companies achieve a smooth and focused transition when reshaping their businesses. Phil’s extensive practical experience of customer environments results from his direct engagement within their organisation, operating as part of their IS Leadership team, responsible for leading and reshaping their service environment.
