Phil Moyer has been an established Producer-Director and actor in the Arizona film community since 1990, working in commercials, documentaries, marketing films. Phil's early Hollywood career included working in promotion and production at NBC Studios-Burbank. All the 70's network shows "Johnny Carson," "Sanford & Son" "Hollywood Squares," & "The Bob Hope Show," Midnight Special with Wolfman Jack.
Phil has over 30 yrs. experience in the film and TV industry, both behind and in front of the camera.
He caught the acting bug in the early 1970's after he was cast in a recurring role in a series of educational films produced for Doubleday Multimedia. He's appeared as an actor in numerous commercials - and in the Network TV Show "C.H.I.P.S." - and in the 1977 Academy Award Winning BEST Film Short "In The Region of Ice" directed by Peter Werner and produced via The American Film Institute. In the 70's Phil studied acting with Jeff Corey and most notably with acclaimed acting coach Charles E. Conrad at his acting studio Burbank. Moving to Arizona in 1979, Phil's became an award-winning advertising executive and commercial producer/writer/director at KUSK-TV in Prescott. President of the Verde Valley Chamber of Commerce Phil founded the Sedona-Verde Valley Film Commission in 1985. He developed the first professional marketing campaigns to sell Sedona-Verde Valleys unique scenic locations. Attracting filmmakers and Film Studios worldwide. Resulting in films like "Midnight Run" and "Dudes" among others. Currently Phil is in development of a film and book based on the life and teachings of Charles E. Conrad's.
