This includes, but not be limited to: the development and management of a proposal plan and strategies; direct training of the proposal team; providing daily direction to the proposal team, In addition also responsible for recruitment of employees for performance assessment, work assignments across all areas in Proposal Development, salary planning, and career planning for my entire staff. Provided updates to the capture process, capture infrastructure, and proposal operations group for Lockheed Martin IS&GS, and led strategy and proposal reviews for multi-hundred-million dollar captures. I have guided opportunities as large as $2B to successful completion and I have played the role of Volume Lead, Cost Volume Lead and Proposal Manager including Focus and Priority programs in both the Classified and Unclassified world.
