Provides project management expertise for large custom architectural millwork fabrication and installation projects. This includes extensive on-site layouts/surveys, coordination with all trades, material take-offs, purchasing, fabrication design, door hardware, subcontracting, equipment leasing, ADA compliance and oversight of all installation activities.

Follows up with customers to ensure and monitor customer satisfaction.• Provides technical assistance and advice to the Curator of the Senate in matters of conservation and preservation for furnishings and woodwork.• Coordinates delivery and installation of interior furnishings and millwork with Capitol Facilities, the Architect of the Capitol and Senate technical departments.• Researches new materials, methods, trends, technologies, equipment and processes that can improve efficiency or customer service.• Purchases materials and supplies for facilities operations.• Insures that safety regulations and practices are observed. Works with management, the AOC and the Office of Compliance to foster a safe work environment.
