An experienced and creative accountant with an eye for solutions to business process problems. Working collaboratively with business owners and finance professionals to understand and solve problems. I also relish working and developing both teams and individuals to be the best we can be. As much as I like a spreadsheet (being an accountant by profession), I love human interaction and understanding the psychology and dynamics of inter-personal relationships.The skills acquired as both a practising accountant and external auditor, as well of those of working in a commercial environment , enable me to grow and learn in product based environments.And when I am not working, my massive life-long passion is the travails of Wycombe Wanderers FC; the pride of Buckinghamshire.
