Full-time novelist and journalist. Have signed a publishing contract for my two novels, both set in the Yugoslav Wars of the 1990s. 'Goran's Dilemma' will be published in early November 2024. It is based on a true story of a Belgrade medical student struggling to come to terms with the fact that her father has become a genocidal killer, responsible for the deaths of thousands of innocent people. The second novel, 'The Pavelic Trap', is an authentic account of the conflicts told through the eyes of a young British journalist. Beginning to shape my third novel based on a different theme but still in the contemporary historical fiction zone.✔Political journalist for 15 years, covering Thatcher era up to early Blair years. ✔Former special advisor to then Prime Minister, Tony Blair, and former Director of Communications at the Labour Party. ✔Speechwriter who has written for FTSE Top 10 CEO, head of international organisations, and Government Ministers.✔Lecturer on political risk, corporate reputation management and stakeholder management - University of Essex international MBA programme and Chatham House international affairs think-tank Academy for Leadership in International Affairs.✔Mentor with experience of young professionals including from the UK, Kazakhstan and Ghana. ✔
