I have ran a highly successful store for over 7 years which has held increased KPI's year on year with store turnover up to £4m whilst staying true to the ethos of the brand.My Team levels fluctuate between 45 - 90 team members depending on the time of year and trading patterns. Full training in all aspects of their roles including excellent customer service is given to all.Other key area's of responsibility are:Health & Safety / Stock Loss specialist to all stores in the West region. ‘Training manager’ responsible for training all newly employed Jack Wills managers. My proudest moments have been when I won the “manager of the year” accolade. Plus being awarded two separate all expenses paid ski Trips for excellent store performance.

Central England

I spent two superb years at Levis Strauss, Learning how to inspire a team and truly understanding the true culture behind an incredible brand.During my time I supported the store manger to plan, direct and control all branch operations, including ensuring the store maintains correct levels of stock and highlight key products the store requires through communication with Levi's Branch merchandising department.Customer service and staff training were always at the heart of the store.
