During his tenure in the nuclear industry, he worked as a corrosion engineer, project manager, executive manager, and principal owner of a successful engineering, environmental, and technology company. After selling Vista Engineering to Kurion, Mr. Ohl served Kurion as it's COO prior to accepting the position as Sr. Vice President for European Operations & Managing Director of Kurion Ltd in Manchester, UK. In this role Mr. Ohl was responsible for Kurion's Business Development, Project Management and all Operations in the United Kingdom and support to other EU business. Mr. Ohl has also participated as seller and buyer in several multi-million dollar M&A transactions and is well suited for consulting and due diligence for both sellers and buyers, particularly in engineering, environmental and technology markets.In addition to his professional work, Mr. Ohl has served on the Board of Directors of eight private corporations and six non-profits. He is also a registered professional mechanical engineer in the states of Washington and Oregon and a certified Project Management Professional. In his spare time, Mr. Ohl is an avid climber, sailor, golfer, foodie, scotch & cigar enthusiast, and drummer for the band, "Soup Dogs". He is also currently supporting Open Door Travelers (www.opendoortravelers.com) as a Travel Blog Senior Contributor while traveling abroad.
