Managed IT service delivery and strategic guidance to our Pipeline Integrity and Compliance departments and designed and implemented ITIL service level agreement (SLAs) process across LP to achieve better support of IT systems for customers. Designed and implemented the first generation of IT Business Relationship Management strategy to Enbridge LP and initiated and executed the first ever IT satisfaction survey across 2800 LP employees.

Responsible for the management of large commercial accounts (ZLB, Biomat USA, Nabi, PlasmaCare and the Plasma Protein Therapeutics Association) representing over 65% of the industry and over $5,500,000 of annual technology product and service revenue. Acted as the primary customer advocate to ensure premium product and service delivery by aligning internal departments and resources to customer needs.

Managed software development and implementation projects as well as customer relationships. Owned full range of responsibilities within the software development lifecycle including system design, business analysis, architecture, software development, scripting and QA/QC testing. Responsible for managing client expectations and service delivery requests and acted as the technical architect for a 33 million record database migration.
