Accountable for profitability and daily running of all BRS 'With Driver' transport operations in the South. Line Management responsibility for 6 Area Operations Managers. Target for obtaining new business and account managing new contracts won. For example, started one account with a short term trial for three vehicles and increased this to long term bookings for over 80 vehicles. Ensured compliance with O' Licence regulations and Working Time Directive. Negotiated and agreed several national agreements with recruitment agencies.
