I specialise in developing and implementing travel strategies that optimise the overall experience of corporate travel management including travel spend of corporate clients across multiple metrics, ensuring cost-effectiveness, efficiency, business and traveler satisfaction and the overall growth of this ever-growing sector in personalised corporate travel management. - Grew RTW business staffing from 2 to 15 (2 teams) in under 2 years making it the most profitable RTW business globally in FY19/20 and in Australia FY17/18 and FY/19, and;- Grew Retail business (2 teams) to make it the most improved and most profitable business in the Area (consisting of 25 stores), delivering;- Over $500k profit per annum for the past three consecutive financial years across four teams.- Developed and mentored leading Victorian sales employees, driving them to meet and exceed gross sales targets and qualify for Global International Balls;- Qualified as a manager and individually for Global International Ball by exceeding profit and gross sales targets;- Other key activities include providing excellent customer experiences, providing customer resolutions, setting budgets, management of profit and loss statements and other internal business statements (e.g. accounts receivable and payable), facilitating vision planning sessions, creating a positive work culture, stakeholder management including liaising with senior managers and external suppliers, managing resourcing, training and mentoring employees, employee performance management and rostering.

- Over a six month period these unprofitable teams became profitable; - Development and mentoring of 5 teams inclusive of 30 employees; - Created a new leadership team and the employment of 4 Store Managers and 2 Assistant Store Managers in those teams.

- Delivered over $120k profit in under 7 months of managing the site;- Increased corporate customer base through lead management;- Created leadership pathway for Assistant Store Managers;- Developed 2 Novice (year 1) employees to exceed gross sales targets of $1.2m each;- Qualified individually for Global International Ball by exceeding gross sales targets of $2m per annum.
