Phil has served on boards and advisory groups including; Ontario's Finest Inns, The Niagara Falls Downtown Board of Management, The CTCA, the Smarter Niagara Steering Committee and the St.Catharines-Thorold Chamber of Commerce.He has spoken at various events on subjects such as heritage preservation, economic development and Niagara. Thru his community engagement dinner series he has hosted approximately 25 dinner dialogues in Niagara to discuss issues of community importance.
