Led winning sub contracting effort with Teledyne Brown Engineering and provided technical expertise in response to the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center General Management Support Acquisition Request for Proposal.

Planned and led the design, approval, and management of communications programs being operationally tested by the Air Force. Led and managed a working group of 20 personnel to establish involvement early in the acquisition process to ensure new systems can perform the warfighter’s mission.

Planned and Led Air Force operational test & evaluation of new and emerging communications systems and command and control concepts. Coordinated directly with developers, users, and system program offices to identify and resolve program deficiencies, issues and risks. Served as a Joint member on Integrated Program Teams to provide test support, planning, direction and execution. Identified and fixed critical scheduling and funding issues for joint multi-billion dollar program, saving 3 months and $250K. Developed program management training program for 45 person directorate and implemented progress tracking solution.

Led nine military and civilian specialists in implementing communications-computer systems projects and programs for F.E. Warren AFB. Supervised communications support and integration associated with new projects. Developed long-term plan for wing communications, leading to unprecedented funding of $800K in systems and infrastructure upgrades.

Led over 40 personnel and Directed operation, maintenance, and security of Network Control Center serving over 4,400 personnel. Served as Network Configuration Control Officer and Inspection Program Monitor. Engineered solution for base secure networking; reduced cost by over $700K while gaining headquarters support and funding.
