I have retired after over 10 years engineering experience in Water treatment followed by 30 years in Engineering solutions in EPC and software companies, mainly around Engineering software, Database design, Inter-disciplinary work management, Schematics area of intelligent P&ID's, data exchange though ISO15926 and other methods, 2D to 3D integration, Instrumentation and Electrical applications. Approximately 15 years of which have been in Team, Technical, Product and Development management roles. Over 20 years experience of managing software teams globally.Former AVEVA representative on the Fiatech IDS/ADI ISO15926 data exchange projects.Specialties: Global Management of software development teams, Agile development processes, Intelligent P&IDs, AutoCAD applications, 2D to 3D integration, Instrumentation and Electrical, ISO15926, XML, Web services, Engineering processes in EPC's including inter-disciplinary workshare, Engineering Datasheets and reports.
