PennDOT PA Rapid Bridge Replacement Project: $889 MReconstructing 558 bridges across the state over a four year span. The project scope included design, construction, maintenance, and utility coordination required to replace the bridges. MTA-Capital Construction CQ039 Northern Boulevard Crossing: $85 MConstructing concrete lined tunnel under Northern Boulevard utilizing the Sequential Excavation Method (S.E.M.) in soft ground, below the water table; project consists of underpinning and then excavating below the IND subway, Northern Blvd and BMT elevated subway lines within a frozen arch. - Supervision of work crews during excavation and construction of shaft and tunnel, performing QA/QC inspections for shotcrete and rebar installation. - Assisted the project engineers with submittals, project cost reviews, and drafting construction work drawings using AutoCAD. - Acted as the geotechnical instrumentation liaison to the MTA. - Acted as the project environmental coordinator by maintaining ISO 14000 compliance and coordinating the removal of contaminated soils from the site.
