Having initially started out within the catering industry as a bar tender aboard luxury cruise liners fortunate enough to of travelled around the world, then working as a food & beverage manger for Forte and Granada within 4/5* hotels.In 1989 I moved into the world of coffee, starting out as a regional sales rep for Tchibo, quickly realised my success and moved up the ladder managing key then national accounts, after spending several further years within the industry within senior management positions I started my own company.I am now a Director of Taste Beverages Limited which is an independent company providing tailor made solutions across all sectors of the coffee market. Established in 2009 Taste Beverages is the brainchild of myself & Shane McCarthy.Now in our 9th year, (doesn’t time fly when you’re having fun!) we supply, support and maintain over 450 machines which are spread across the UK. We have grown our client base which includes NHS, Isle of man steam packet company, Newcastle United FC, Preston North End FC, Blackburn Rovers FC, Active Northumberland, The London taxi company by offering excellent products at affordable prices, backing this up with what we believe is exceptional service, we do deliver what we promise.Taste Beverages is primarily a coffee company offering Fairtrade, Organic & Rainforest Alliance Coffee and associated products along with Specialised Coffee Systems to the end user. In addition to this we have now added another bow to our arrow, namely Taste get smashed which is a compact table top machine that delivers piping hot mash in under 10 seconds, ideal for fast food outlets, from Football stadia & Event catering to B&I & Contract catering.
