• Expand JLL Research’s tracking, analysis and reporting of tech, R&D and creative innovation hubs to align with shifting business needs and preferences towards mixed-use locations and developments that emphasize sustainability, wellbeing, accessibility and connectivity. • Develop frameworks for quantifying the value of growth in innovation hubs as well as investment and site selection strategies for relevant parties, either as part of intra-market relocation or new-to-market expansion.• Identify future growth clusters as well as locations with the potential for capturing this demand through applying knowledge of market drivers and real-time commercial real estate, demographic and economic data. • Broaden the office research platform globally in partnership with the head of property sectors research and regional leads for office research.• Collaborate with third-party media outlets to disseminate research and insight findings publicly through a variety of traditional and emerging routes.

• Oversee and drive national office leasing market trend messaging, content and analysis with an emphasis on integration of macroeconomic, demographic and geospatial data. • Collaborate with JLL's global research team as a point person for the Americas to spearhead cross-border research and insight.• Provide major occupier and investor (institutional, REIT and developers) clients with wide-ranging and real-time insight on cross-market conditions, emerging trends and location strategy research.

• Partner with JLL's 50+ local market research teams in the United States and Canada as well as global counterparts to further expand the breadth and quality of JLL's office research platform and offerings. • Broaden scope and oversight of client- and fee-based research advisory platform with clients ranging from multi-market investors to high-growth start-ups.• Oversee integration of the national office leasing research platform with a variety of business intelligence, advisory and strategic pursuits.
