Direct all accounting and reporting functions for accurate management reports and compliance with U.S. GAAP requirements and bank loan covenants. Manage a department of 12 accounting staff working at 8 locations nationwide including corporate accounting, plant controllers, and payables. Responsible for monthly and quarterly consolidated financial reporting and compliance with bank asset-based covenants and borrowing base.
