My role here was to contact Existing Customers, working within a team as a primary Goal, to increase revenue and successfully convert calls into the sale of an extended warranty.or an upgraded new stairlift Maximizing potential from Inbound inquiries to convert into sales actively target customers without extended warranty cover, and our stairlifts and providing them with all product information required to make an informal decision regarding their individual needs, also make sure customers falling outside warranty cover are aware of the benefits they are forfeiting, and any cost implications for future service, breakdown requirements.Most of all giving them information on upgrading existing lift, and arranging surveyors to carry out site surveys I would liaise with the service dept dealing with breakdown and services. I would promote Acorn in the highest possible way by listening and helping with the customer needs. I would data base manage and input all warranty Sales on the System and where necessary and process customers details, generate new leads and business for the company
