When I graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy more than thirty years ago, I wanted a career that would allow me to help people, while applying the core tenets I had learned at the Academy: leadership, discipline, hard work, and team work.   I founded my team with one focus: to help clients succeed in pursuing their life goals. By maintaining that focus, my team and I have been privileged to advise a highly accomplished clientele – each with unique priorities and needs. I've always believed that our team's success is directly founded on client success. By centering our work on each client, we've fostered a culture of consistency, continuity, and excellence that I believe are the hallmarks of our team.   When people engage us, they notice something different. We don't sound like everyone else. We're committed to fostering a distinctive client experience, one that demonstrates the importance of each client and family. This principle manifests itself in ways large and small: from the care we use in designing a client's investment program, to our responsiveness in answering client phone calls.   I am proud of my team. Many of us have worked together for decades, exemplifying the commitment that intensifies our overall effectiveness.
