I’ve a massive passion for running and love to spend my time running races around the world and the best part of running comes in the shape of motivating and inspiring others to be better and to give it all they can to get the best possible results for themselves 😊 work wise I am currently an assistant store manager with Aldi and have been with the company for coming on 6 years working in six different stores. Before that I spent 17 years with Asda after working as a manager across 5 stores, managing 60+ colleagues and 4 section leaders within my teams taking yearly sales of more than 12 million pounds . Running my departments through motivating, coaching and inspiring my colleagues to deliver the goals and targets we have. Being a leader for me is about engaging people to want to be the best version of themselves they can be. Im a very versatile person and always enjoy a new challenge. I would say I love to be innovative and passionate about inspiring my teams.
