Within my current post as station delivery Manager I have gained a massive amount of valuable experience in the following areas.• Managing all aspects of Rail station activities at a local level and regional management level. Leading a team of 281 employees across 174 stations. • A successful track record of monitoring and achieving KPI targets including Performance monitoring, influencing National passenger survey results, internal staff engagement scores, salary budget/overtime management and safety & environment objectives. • Overseeing a team of safety critical dispatch staff and associated rule book competencies. • Managing large teams of people including coaching and mentoring, attendance management, disciplinary, investigatory, performance management and recruitment processes. • Compiling consultation for change papers and entering into consultation/negotiation meetings at all levels.• Safety validation applications and implementation of associated change. • Objective setting and performance monitoring for a large team of line Managers.• Rostering and establishment evaluation.• A range of health and safety duties including all aspects of the company safety strategy and station location safety manuals. • Managing interfaces between other TOCs and Network Rail major stations while adapting and working towards a one team approach. • Project work including station improvements and reviewing internal processes and procedures. • Meeting with company stakeholders, community groups and third-party customers and contractors.• Maintaining station and retail standards and high levels of customer service among all employees.• Planning and Coordination of special events including crowd control plans. • Dealing with train service disruption by deploying resource and implementing strategy to create effective and satisfactory resolutions as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities within my current post briefly consist of:Managing all aspects of Rail station activities at a local level and area management level. Responsible for 9 line managers and a team of 281. Objectives include KPIs associated with customer satisfaction, staff engagement, budget control, safety & Environment and performance.
