Phil Shellhaas, TrustPoint International’s Vice President of Legal Solutions, has more than 18 years of experience in the legal services industry. In his current role, Phil works as a strategic liaison between eDiscovery operations and client needs, to ensure project optimization and to build a robust and unique client experience under the TrustPoint brand. In his previous litigation support roles, Phil has migrated into various organizational roles, having specialized proficiency in reprographics, imaging/scanning, electronic discovery, ASP services, computer forensics, and sales management. Over the course of his career, Phil has managed, consulted, and engineered solutions for many types of large litigation and investigative matters. These include pharmaceutical, industrial, technology, construction, and FCPA matters, as well as second requests. As a result of these various roles, consultative engagements, and management positions, Phil has been able to add value to the client when managing large and complex discovery projects. His understanding of the technologies involved in the discovery process along with his general understanding of the litigations support landscape makes him best suited to engineer solutions for litigators navigating a complex matter.

Founded with Seth Wiersma in 2009 as a full litigation support services company focused on paper discovery services for the southeast region. This company worked directly with clients as well as other litigation support companies that no longer offered paper discovery services. The team at imageZing brought together over 15 veterans of the imaging, reprographics and digital printing industries, and delivered a service level not regularly seen to the law firm, and corporate legal departments it serviced.

Held and provided various roles for Integreon. Integreon purchased Onsite 3 in 2009, where Phil had worked since 1996. Held management positions in: Customer Service, Litigation reprographics, Litigation scanning/imaging, Litigation printing, electronic discovery. Also held position of Managing Partner for southeast region where he managed the entire sales and operations team for a full scale litigation support services offering. Provided litigation support to AMLAW 250 law firms and Fortune 500 companies legal departments.
