Current Working across Sites & Patients Syneos Health Business Unit to define and execute on strategy for site and patient facing technology solutions e.g. patient recruitment, engagement & reimbursement, eCOA/ePRO, site payments and investigator portal. Defining and executing the strategy to deliver on Illingworth Research business objectives (revenue generation and digital transformation), working in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team to align strategy. Resulted in departmental revenue growth of 100%. Leading departmental restructuring and growth to align with IT strategy and to support scalability and successfully created a Project/Change Management Office to allow consistent delivery of IT and Business Projects. Lead to a 15% increase in productivity. Execute on 4.5m GBP CapEx and 1.75m GBP OpEx budgets; 11% reduction in internal operating costs by increasing capitalised labour costs. Delivered the Data & Analytics Business Intelligence strategy for the organisation; 23% increase in productivity. Engaging with senior stakeholders to define product roadmaps and reduce external vendor spend by 10%. Led digital transformation program including implementation of Information Security (InfoSec) program, Salesforce CRM Enhancement, ERP upgrade, DocuSign implementation & ITSM migration to the cloud. Managed vendor relationships and negotiated contracts, achieving cost savings of 15% while maintaining service quality and 12% increase in product releases. Following the acquisition of Illingworth Research by Syneos Health (Dec 2020); led the integration activities pre-/post-acquisition including due diligence, Office365 tenant migration, security assessment and remediation, Service Desk migration and staff realignment. Implemented risk based approach software validation, leveraging GAMP 5 2nd edition. Successfully defined the new IT Operating Model
