Estimation of pipe spools, and structural assemblies.I look after two main clients in the Alumina mining sector. Part of my roll is to liaise with the client in regards, pricing, lead times, and any TQ issues.In this roll I also purchase materials, at the time of producing the work pack, for the production team to commence works.

Estimation of pipe spools, and structural assemblies.I look after two main clients that have an annual turnover of aproximately 3.5 million. Part of my roll is to liaise with the client in regards, pricing, lead times, any TQ issues, and produce reports for the clients requirements of repair items.I have produced QA documents for clients, with specific project requirements in regards to ITP documentation.Part of my roll is to assess and produce a report of hardfaced pipe spools, requiring repair for the Alumina mining sector, with costings for works to be carried out, and develop a scope of work for the workshop. I have worked closely in developing this with one client to ensure the best outcome for both.There was also the opportunity to work with a client with development of a new pipe spool, that needed special requirements to achieve the result of reducing wear to the adjoined valve. I am also responsible to process the sales order into a job traveller for the work to commence, and procurement of materials is a part of this process.
