Responsible for the financial operations as well as strategy, College Programs and Flight School. Heart of Virginia Aviation Inc ("Hova") is FAA certified under Part 135 Charter, Part 141 Flight School and Part 145 Limited Repair Station (Avionics). Hova is also a dealer for major avionics manufacturers including Garmin, Aspen, L3 Communications, Dynon, Advanced Flight, Appareo and many others. Hova is the Fixed Based Operator at the Hanover County Airport and is currently expanding all parts of the business. Its flight school is the largest in the Richmond area.

Advise on aircraft acquisition, aircraft leasing, FBO management and operation

During this period of time we were the Exclusive distributor for Tecnam Aircraft in North America. Tecnam has set up its own direct distribution operation (Tecnam US) so we are now the Senior Sales Agent in the network.

Responsible for all financial operations, Information Technology and legal liaison for the world's largest manufacturer of Window Films.

Responsible for identifying better financial consolidation options for this company operating in 44 countries worldwide, recommending the best solution and leading the project implementation and training for the new system.

Held a a variety of positions starting as Management Accountant for the Tubes Division (toothpaste, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and other), Finance Manager over the whole company (plastic packaging), Financial Controller and then Finance Director. Spent six months as plant manager at another plant producing complex clean room molded components and assemblies using high end automation for the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsible for carrying out internal audits, operational audits, special projects and working as part of the external auditor's team on year end audits. This involved substantial travel within the UK, France and the United States.

Joined as a finance graduate trainee and was promoted to various analyst roles within the Drews Lane Transmission plant.
