When the majority of my team moved across after Sonetik closed. Here I was a successful field based Audiologist and was quickly promoted to look after the Chesterfield Store which was "tired and run down". With lots of effort and new ideas we managed to turn the store around and smashed the target that had been set for us. Store managed to hit its annual target in 9 months. -
