Joined Boots with a view to revamping the White Rose site. Smashed the first 2 quarters targets, hitting both quarters at 160% of target. Recently asked to swop sites to a "flagship" site Meadowhall. Joined HH as part of the deal done by the sales management team at Sonetik. When the majority of my team moved across after Sonetik closed. Here I was a successful field based Audiologist and was quickly promoted to look after the Chesterfield Store which was "tired and run down". With lots of effort and new ideas we managed to turn the store around and smashed the target that had been set for us. Store managed to hit its annual target in 9 months.

Started as a RHAD and quickly progressed to become the Area manage for the Yorkshire area and then promoted to the Senior Area Manager. Looking after all manor of sales management for my area. My area quickly became Yorkshire and Norfolk. Team included 6 direct reports. I reported to the MD and the Operations Manager. Company was eventually closed down as the parent company retracted back into Europe. Database was bought by Hidden Hearing. Most of the operational RHAD's moved across to Hidden after a deal was done by the sales management at Sonetik and the MD (Graham) at Hidden Hearing.

RHADS working in the Yorkshire area, visiting people at home and fitting both private and NHS hearing aids. Worked alongside the Operations Director (now MD) to work towards opening new potential areas of revenue. Left to join Sonetik.

Responsible for the original idea / concept. Taken the company from a idea to a fully functioning small business with a niche product. Selling to small and large blue chip companies alike. We provide the access to a hard to reach sector of the market, the active retired consumer. Closed the company down when my business partner decided he wanted to go back to being employed.

Started the business as the only RHAD, built it to the point that we were the "flagship store" of the North. Also was the first store in the country to be awarded the first of the new style NHS contracts and quickly became the "NHS flagship store" for the group nationwide.

Trained as a RHAD and was the ist recently qualified to be enrolled in the prestigious "100 Club". Managed to double the turnover of my "area" while keeping the returns rate ate less than 10%.Responsible for selling to current clients and new clients, selling a wide range of hearing aids and hearing equipment.
