As a PMP-certified project manager I plan and successfully deliver complex projects. Fourteen years of experience as a volunteer conflict mediator and community facilitator means I am very comfortable in high-emotion conflict settings and am often able to negotiate positive outcomes. More recently I gained deeper experience implementing social equity programs and convening race and gender discussions in both community and workplace contexts.
