Reconcile and collect the debts of major delinquent accounts, provide assistance and customer service to private patients and consultants. Review bad debt position and report on the accounts allocated to me to the committee. Resolve disputed invoices and raise credit notes in accordance with audit protocols.

I managed the receivables team of 4 staff, including the month end and year end close process.
