I am currently working as a licenced self employed National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) Trainer. I have also worked as a Specialist Trainer with the Metropolitan Police Service involving a large change programme with the introduction of a new IT platform.I am a Retired Police Officer who is highly motivated with a vast experience in training both in the public and private sector with excellent communication skills coupled with educational training qualifications. Ability to teach large numbers of students or similarly students on a one to one basis either in person or remotely. experience includes safeguarding, HR negotiation, health and safety inspections, training, IT and facilitation and fully conversant with diversity and equality issues. Whilst as a trainer with the Metropolitan Police Service based at the Hendon Training School I have delivered training across all ranks from volunteers to Superintendents on a broad range range of technical subjects.
