• Conducted acceptance testing, commissioning, start up, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of new and in-service substations and switchgears.• Programmed and calibration tested solid state protective relays, mechanical protective relays, and pilot wire relays. Transformer testing consisted of Doble™ power factor, TTR, bridge and transformer paralleling. Setup and tested vacuum, oil and SF6 gas circuit breakers, circuit switches, transfer switches, capacitor banks, and motor contactors.• Interpreted AC and DC control schematics, one line and three-line diagrams.
