About Phil Thain

Set up Future Skills Training in 2006, an alternate provision for young people ages 8-19. My passions include supporting marginalised young people, building lasting relationships and helping them re engage with education. 17 years later, still doing the same thing! Also a semi-professional drummer in my spare time, mainly playing in covers bands in and around London.
