Overseeing staff, materials, equipment, and operations at an automotive repair facility that processed over $750,000 of repairs monthly. Responsibilities included, but were not limited to: complete disassembly and analysis of all damages to vehicles, inspection of welds and safety systems in repairs, staff management, including location of new staff, scheduling, and disciplinary write ups, improving work flow operations, customer service, insurance negotiations, and emergency response within shop as needed

Examining and translating physical damage on automobiles into financial form, determining validity of loss, providing rental vehicles for the duration of repair, conducting market research for vehicles deemed irreparable, issuing all payments accordingly, providing customer service in extremely high stress situations, and maintaining fluency in ever changing industry specific software and technology.

Responsible for receiving, handling, distributing, and appropriately marketing mass quantities of merchandise every week, scheduling for over 35 employees, tending to management level customer service concerns, handling of protected information, overseeing criminal background checks and corresponding with the ATF daily, and acquiring rare and exotic products to fit individual customer needs.

Managing Child Support case load, creating and filing legal documents, operating company specific computer systems, providing customer service in extremely high stress environments, in addition to handling multi line phone systems and interacting with other state agencies to ensure optimal results for every client.
