Having commenced with Probuild as Contracts Manager on their new $200M Harvey Norman/Ikea Bulky Goods Warehouse at Springvale, I was later appointed as State Commercial Manager in June 2010.

Projects; - Federation Square, Melbourne; multi-function complex consisting of civil works, art gallery, museum, offices and restaurants (approx. value $400M) - Urban Workshop, 50 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne; new 34 storey office complex including integrated fit-out and also the refurbishment of existing heritage buildings (approx. Value $240M) - Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, Melbourne; construction of a new convention centre and hotel (approx. value $500M).

2 year engagement with a national Building Contractor in the UK as a consulting Quantity Surveyor on a number of their projects.

Engaged for the Melbourne City Link Project, a major civil engineering freeway project comprising 7km of existing freeway upgrade, 6km of new elevated freeway, and a new bridge (subsequently named the Bolte Bridge) across the Yarra river (approx. value $550M).

Engaged for the new Crown Casino Entertainment Complex Project, Melbourne, a major commercial/retail development (approx. value $800M).

Contract engagement assisting on a new high rise office development project at 222 Exhibition Street, Melbourne (approx. value $80M)

Projects (all based in Doha, Qatar); - New sewage treatment works (approx. value UK Pounds Sterling 8M) - Miscellaneous civil sewer and road infrastructure works (approx. value UK Pounds Sterling 0.5M)
