It Lead Engineer
CurrentAs the IT Lead Engineer, I supervise a national team of Field Engineers to ensure that company and client goals are satisfied or exceeded. Cultivating excellent long-term relationships with clients, maintaining ongoing communication and facilitating solutions to address concerns. Perform audits to assure high-grade services are sustained. Routinely travel to field offices to provide localized quality assurance reviews. Meet directly with clients to establish best procedures in utilizing their Geo-spatial metadata of Utility mappings and standards. Examine and testing of all client utility mapping formats before distribution to company field Locate Technicians. Create and standardize all images (Operating System platforms) for company desktops and laptops. Manage, outline and update all IT field deployments of company standard images and applications.Develop processes that enable business units and IT to work collectively and introduce new applications, or create new reliable processes around existing applications. Design and test company-based programs to improve work flow and efficiency. Create, maintain and update technical documentations for IT and business based applications. Evaluation of existing business usage of IT practices to generate more streamlined and cost effective outcomes. Experience in various facets of compliance, user access administration, technical escalations, business support plans, and maintenance plans.
