As the Director of Business Development at Rosnet, I oversee the strategic partnerships, sales, and marketing initiatives that drive the growth and expansion of our innovative software solutions for restaurant management. I also serve as the Director of Client Relations, ensuring that our existing and potential clients receive the best support and guidance from our team of experts. I leverage my skills in customer relationship management, operations management, and hospitality administration to create value for our clients and stakeholders, and to foster a collaborative and inclusive culture within our organization. Prior to joining Rosnet, I was the Managing Partner at Bristol Seafood Grill, where I managed the daily operations, financial performance, and staff development of a high-end seafood restaurant.
