My role included:• Recruiting and interviewing the Test and Training Team which amounted to 15 Contractors and 12 FTE’s.• Responsible for the budgets and cost centre of “Implementation” within the programme.• Continually meeting with the Business Representatives and reviewing the issues and implications around the development & conversion Issues within the programme. (ie) Defects, temporary work arounds etc.• Providing plans and timelines to meet our delivery and continually resourcing the testing in a timely and effective manner as developments get delivered and then the training of which thereafter.• Monitoring the many other different projects, who have conflict of interest with our code, and indeed many instances signed off code.• I was responsible for ultimate Sign off of all deliverables within the Programme from a Test Perspective.
