Operations Manager for the Program Manager's Advisory Team (PMAT) that provides mission command support to ARNG divisions, brigades, and battalion staffs to include training assistance and exercise support to ARNG units in the War fighter Functions of: Movement and Maneuver, Intelligence, Sustainment, Protection, Fires, and Mission Command. Training priorities are established by the ARNG G3 or as directed by the MTC-Commander. This support will be used to assist units in planning and executing: Digital (ERF supported) Command Post Exercises (CPXs), Integrated Staff Exercise (STAFFEX), Section STAFFEX, Fires EX, Logistics Exercise (LOGEX), Digital Communications Exercise (COMMEX), Field Training Exercise (FTX). Shall provide tactical expertise, exercise design, exercise control, and technical support (advising on the integration of the mission command systems) to ARNG units, thereby enabling unit commanders to conduct mission command training, and staff-level proficiency certification, at home-station training and other regional training sites within the LVC-G environments. Works directly with Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) PM. Assists in providing oversight of ARNG MCTSP projects through planning, preparing, executing and providing recommendations to assist in the decision making process. Provides training, training management, and training analysis advice to the ARNG MCTSP PM and the ARNG G-3 staff. Assists the ARNG G-3 staff with preparation of the MCTSP Program Objective Memorandum for future budget submissions including metrics, data and analysis to support recommended budget activities. PMATs are senior (upper grade) leaders with extensive training and training management background and Combat Training Center (CTC) experience.

The TRADOC ECP & MCASP Program Engineering, Design and Audiovisual contract provide services that are safe, reliable, and affordable.• As site manager, duties encompass contract compliance and contract deliverables, personnel administration, contract administration and compliance with both corporate and government policies, procedures and processes. • Works in conjunction with appropriate stakeholders to gather and assess business and organization priorities and goals in relation to learning and development needs. Analyzes the information and determines development and learning solutions aligned with those goals and priorities. • Coordinates & leads programs to enhance awareness of company technology, business and innovation solutions internally or to company customers. • Advises/counsels managers and employees on selecting appropriate development options to meet individual and team needs. Creates and implements programs to meet those needs. • Builds and maintains relationships with providers of learning and development services to leverage appropriate solutions and understand industry best practices. • Recommends strategy and direction for performance management, learning and employee development initiatives based upon various sources including metrics analyses, management input and best practices. • Selects and hires employees. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Motivates and rewards employees including providing salary increases, bonuses and promotions within allocated budgets and company guidelines. • Provides input to operating and personnel budgets for approval. Monitors spending for adherence to budget, recommends variances as necessary.

Responsible for codifying the Enterprise Classroom Program operating procedures, governance process and programmatic resourcing strategy into a Training Regulation, and providing associated backup or supporting documentation in other venues as required. Contributes information during the preparation and presentation of briefings and other forums. Subject matter expert in Army training across all organizational levels, training domains and environments. Proficient at research, information/fact gathering, authoring and presentation of Enterprise Classroom Program documents and materials.

Leads the capabilities development, evaluation and integration of Maneuver Support and Protection concepts, requirements and solutions for the US Army. Provides oversight and guidance for requirements determination, capabilities development and the fielding of solutions to Combatant Commanders utilizing the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and the Capability Needs Analysis (CNA) process.

Chief of the US Army Chemical Corps Regiment and Commandant of the US Army CBRN School. Provided strategic vision and intent in order to synchronize modernization and transformation across all domains of the DOTMLPF to support Chemical Corps units and over 20,000 CBRN Soldiers serving worldwide. Served as Joint Combat Developer for the Department of Defense Chemical Biological Defense Program and the Deputy Commanding General for CBRN, Maneuver Support Center of Excellence, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.

Deputy Director, J3, Joint Operations Directorate, responsible for synchronization of plans and strategic operations within the Iraqi Joint Operations Area. Planned, coordinated and synchronized operations with US Embassy-Baghdad, interagency partners, US Central Command, Components, and subordinate commands. Developed and implemented security strategies for Countering Violent Extremist Organizations, Iraqi Disputed International Boundaries, Kurd-Arab Relationships, International Tri-Lateral Security Working Groups, and the Iraqi Election Supreme Security Council.

Responsible for the training, readiness, command and control, and employment of five Chemical Battalions which conduct chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high yield explosive (CBRNE) operations anywhere in the world in support of CWMD national security objectives. Responsible for the morale, discipline and welfare of over 3000 Soldiers and their Families. Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of equipment and real property valued at in excess of 800 million dollars.

Leads, educates and mentors a seminar comprised of 14 Army, Joint and International field grade officers in their studies toward earning a Master's Degree in Military Arts and Sciences. Prepares and presents graduate level instruction in leadership, history, theory, doctrine of warfare, operational art, strategic planning and campaign development. Evaluates oral and written communcation skills and products through a robust strategic and operational exercises program, which targets the full range of military operations.

Deputy Commander of the 13th Corps Support Command consisting of over 6,000 Soldiers providing support to divisional and nondivisional III (US) Corps units with materiel management, movements control, heavy combat construction, combat health support, Explosive Ordnance Disposal, supplies, ground and aviation maintenance, field services, nuclear, biological, and chemical (NBC)reconnaissance, decontamination, biological surveillance and smoke obscuration. Manages annual operating budget funds in excess of 12.4 million dollars.

Responsible for deploying the Battalion to support combat operations in Operational Iraqi Freedom in order to provide nuclear, chemical, biological, and chemical (NBC) reconnaissance, decontamination, biological detection, and smoke operations in support of combatant commanders throughout Iraq. Responsible for the training, discipline, health and welfare of 700 Soldiers and their Families. Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of equipment and real property valued at in excess of 105 million dollars.
