In this role I operate as both a Product Manager in defining product vision and formulating strategy, and in execution as a Product Owner. Additionally, as this is a start-up, I contribute to Marketing activities, operations, and the design and functionality of the Business Model.

In this role I operated as a Product Manager across multiple client projects. This included evaluating stakeholder requirements, wireframing & prototyping, roadmapping, generating & refining backlogs, and managing scrum teams through the development cycle.

This was a fixed term contract as an interim Growth Marketing Manager. My role here was to increase traffic to the company website by improving SEO, site speed and content. I also designed and implemented a data collection strategy, with the aim of driving leads to the sales team.
