Responsible for implementation of UK Awarding Body accreditation, assessment, verification, quality system, planning and scheduling of preventative maintenance at PETRONAS's INSTEP upstream training facility.

Responsible for the management and delivery of all Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process and HSE foundation and post foundation courses at BP's highly reputed Caspian Technical Training Centre (CTTC).

Implementing UK awarding body requirments into existing training system at the Caspian Technical Training Centre. Responsible for all accredited programmes at the centre.

Short term contract to develop and lead control room technician training on new HDS, Sulphur and Hydrogen Plant.

Achieved new centre accreditation for City & Guilds, Edexcel and CMI. Centre QAC covering various qualifications including City & Guilds 8510 Oil and Gas, Performing Engineering Operations Levels 1/2, Management Level 3, First Line Management, Business Admin Levels 2/3, Providing Security Services and City & Guilds 1101 Teaching Skills.

Commenced employment as shift operator for Crude Distillation Unit, Unifiner/Platformer, Hydrogen Desulphurisation Unit, LPG, Merox and Sour Water Stripper units. Progressed to Assistant Shift Supervisor including the control panel for these units. Transfered to days as special projects Supervisor.
